We do not collect personal information by any automated means. There is no analytics, no third-party tracking, and no advertising pixel on this site. The only information we hold is what you choose to send us through the inquiry form.
3. Purposes of collection and use
We use the personal information you submit only to:
- respond to your inquiry and arrange a first consultation;
- prepare for that consultation based on the brief description you send;
- if you become a client, maintain the planning engagement and contact you about it.
We do not use your personal information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your inquiry and, if applicable, providing planning support.
4. Legal basis for processing
Under PIPA, we process the personal information above on the basis of:
- your consent, given when you submit the inquiry form (the consent checkbox is required); and
- the performance of a contract for planning support, where you become a client.
5. Retention and use periods
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above:
- Inquiries that do not become engagements: personal information is retained for 12 months after the last correspondence, then deleted.
- Client engagements: personal information is retained for the duration of the engagement and for 5 years after it ends, for the purpose of providing records of the advice given. After that period the information is deleted, unless retention is required by Korean law (for example, records of fee invoices under commercial and tax rules).
6. Provision of personal information to third parties
We do not provide your personal information to any third party, except where required by Korean
law. We do not use any third-party processor to operate this website. The inquiry form is
handled by a server on the same domain as this site (glaciermesh.digital); no third-party
form service is involved.
7. Your rights as a data subject
Under PIPA you have the right to:
- request access to, a copy of, or correction of the personal information we hold about you;
- request deletion of your personal information, subject to retention obligations above;
- withdraw consent at any time, in which case we will stop using your information for the purposes you consented to.
